Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: You can return any product within 7 days of receiving it.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Non-returnable items: Certain products such as personal hygiene items (e.g., toothbrushes, tongue cleaners) cannot be returned once used, for health and safety reasons.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us: Email us at support@treevli.com or WhatsApp us at 7044298749 with your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Shipping: You’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Approval: Once your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to send back the item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, check with your bank or credit card company as processing time may vary. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@treevli.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@treevli.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.
