1. Returns
- Returns are accepted only in case of defective, damaged, or wrong products delivered.
- You must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at care@treevli.com with your order ID and clear photos/videos of the issue.
- To be eligible for return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- Packed in the original packaging.
- Please note: Since our products are made from natural materials like bamboo, neem, and loofah, small variations in color, shape, or texture are normal and not considered defects.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is approved and the product reaches us, our team will inspect it.
- If everything checks out, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
- Refunds will not be provided for items returned without proper approval from our support team.
3. Replacements
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, you can choose to get a replacement instead of a refund.
- Replacements are subject to availability. If the product is out of stock, we will issue a refund.
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned once opened or used. These include:
- Toothbrushes, loofahs, combs, and other personal care items
- Products bought during sale, clearance, or promotional offers
- Customized or specially packaged orders
