- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Locations
- We deliver across India.
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

1. Standard Delivery
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities & Rural Areas: 5-7 business days
2. Express Delivery (available in select locations)
- Metro Cities: 1-2 business days
Shipping Rates
1. Standard Delivery
- Flat Rate: ₹99 per order
- Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹500
2. Express Delivery
- Rates are calculated at checkout, based on your location and selected delivery option.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- We offer COD on all orders with an advance of ₹99.
- COD availability is location-dependent. Please check during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your order on our Tracking Page or through our delivery partner platforms like Shiprocket.

Delivery Issues and Delays

Undeliverable Packages
In cases where delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or other reasons, the package will be returned to us. We will attempt to contact you for re-shipment or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
